Lucky mummy is the queen of zippies!
Ha, ha, not like you had any other plans today, except the cleaning of course! ; )
This is lovely!so we are always baking at the same time. this is fun :)
Love it but sadly it seems you have spellt my name wrong
what a fabulous gift - lucky Ella!
Lovely, Susan. I love the combination of fabrics and your stitching, as always, is perfect.
Lovely!Oh, so we have something else in common... the wait-till-the-last-minute gift sewing. ;o)I'm sure Ella will love her pretty monogrammed gift. You're such a good Mom!
I know that feeling!
Silly child, of course mummy didn't forget, she was building herself up to a pencil case par excellence...
Us mums never forget to do things, *tut tut* does she not know that?....
Lucky Ella - you are getting more like Judith all the time, whipping up pressies on demand!
I'm sure you were just waiting for the perfect fabric combo to come to mind...At least she didnt come to you at midnight and tell you she needed a fairy costume for school or something the next morning !
This mummy finds Tesco very useful at those times!
Just as well it was just a pencil case.... lol xx
This Mummy is glad that she has only one boy child ;-)
It's fab as always
Happy birthday to Ella! I'm sure she'll love this cute case!
You are the best mom. Ella is lucky to have your daughter as a friend.
Needs a "Y" at the front and an "S" at the end and then a mirror :)And then you need to fill it with chocolate please.Oh, sorry...not my birthday :( I think Mummies deserve the gifts on offspring's birthdays . . . . after all... who did all the pushing?? So go get yourself some Chocolate Susan!
Of course Mum didn't forget! She was just testing you! (Well, that's what I tell my students!) Great pencil case!
But there are few things in life more satisfying than whipping up a zippy ouch so you were, you know, just enjoying the anticipation. It looks fab!
I have just realised I wrote zippy ouch. I hope it wasn't a zippy ouch...
you mean you don't have spare pencil cases with every name under the sun lying around waiting for such an emergency?
How sweet...It's a good thing you can whip these lovely up with your eyes closed!
aww that is such a sweet pouch she will love it!! thank goodness for mummies! xx
Nothing like a bit of action stations when you've nothing else to do! And on a side note, I'm so jealous you still get called mummy. I've been "muuuuuuuum" for years.
This is why we need staff! :-)Tis lovely though!
You're such a lovely mammy!
You're totally under control. Had that rumbling in your head for weeks, didn't you?
It's good that this kind of last minute gifts are totally doable :) It's lovely and thank you for inspiration - I think I know now what to do with my beloved jeans dungarees that somehow must have...ekhem...shrunk.
